POULAN PRO 222 CHAINSAW, NEW ENGINE, 42cc, 16" BAR & NEW CHAIN,

This auction is for a used and clean "refurbished"  POULAN PRO 222 CHAINSAW .  I replaced the original engine due to excessive scoring and wear on the cylinder / piston from running on straight gasoline.   The replacement engine has a displacement of 42cc versus the original 38cc (10% larger).  This engine is designed as a direct replacement and is a "Nikasil coated cylinder with dual ring piston" .  Excellent running engine !! This saw is in very good physical condition.   Of course, it will have some scuffs and signs of previous use, but from a cosmetic viewpoint, it looks very good.  This chainsaw starts easily and runs strong.  I do not believe you can purchase at better chainsaw at the starting price ... nice machine.   The Poulan Pro 222 models are a user friendly, port induction two-cycle design ... and very easy to work on, if necessary.  The chainsaw is free from damage and abuse, but it is used.  There are no significant issues with the body components.  The body will have marks and scuffs from previous use, but nothing to affect performance.  It's a very good looking ... running saw for the starting price, but it is NOT new. The Walbro electronic ignition module produces a strong blue-white spark to the factory specified Oregon copper core spark plug.  The Walbro design carburetor has been rebuilt using an OEM kit with new diaphragms, gaskets and metering valve.   This saw is set at 2 3/4 turns open on HI speed and 2 turns open on LO speed.  All adjustments are performed with a small flat tip screwdriver ... works with a #2 Phillips for the idle speed.  The fuel system tubing (purge, return and fuel supply) have been replaced with  new  Tygon top quality fuel line.  Primer bulb is  new  as well.  Both fuel and air filters are  new . The saw has been equipped with a excellent 16" OREGON (POULAN PRO) 91 Series reversible sprocket nose guide bar and new TRI-LINK semi-chisel chain.  The bar/chain specifications are 3/8" low profile pitch, 0,050" gauge and 56 drive links.  The cutting combination is strong and durable.  The spur type drive sprocket had only the typical wear from low use and the needle bearing has been fully relubricated.  The chain tensioner is new as this saw was originally designed with an Oregon Intenz bar. The starter recoil assembly has been disassembled, cleaned, inspected and re-assembled ... no damage or significant wear. It has a new rope.  The muffler is excellent with all internal baffles.  The fuel and oil reservoir caps are leak tight with new o-ring seals. The pictures also tell the story of the saw's condition so please review them closely. I apologize ... but I cannot accept returns.  It is simply too expensive to allow returns due to cosmetic issues when the saw runs great.  It is NOT a "new" chainsaw ... and you are not paying a "new" price ... so please be realistic in your expectations. If there is a real problem with the chainsaw caused by my workmanship, I will resolve the issue. I will ship this chainsaw to any domestic USA address using USPS Ground Advantage (eBay Preferred Shipper) based on an actual shipping weight of 15 lbs.  But honestly, I am not the biggest fan of USPS due to their poor service.  If I can use a better alternate carrier with improved service (UPS or FedEx) at no extra cost, I may use them as I want you to have the best experience without excessive waiting.  Please review my feedback to be assured that you will be receiving an accurately described item.  Please ask any questions prior to bidding.
